Hire starts from $350 for our standard 6x4 coolroom and from $400 for the large 8x5, plus delivery - and that base price includes setup, pickup and up to 7 days' hire. Delivery is charged on top and depends on how far you are from our Sunbury depot (and peak dates like Christmas and New Year can vary with availability). We confirm your exact price, delivery included, before you book. No hidden fees.

Our units are available for short and long term hire, with a 48 hour minimum hire period. A weekend hire rate covers Friday night drop-off to Sunday pickup - just let us know your requirements.

We are very happy to arrange long term rental of our units, with discounted weekly and monthly rates - long-term hire from just an extra $60 per week. Call or email and we'll put together a rate for your dates.

Drawbar locks are fitted to all coolroom and freezer trailers we hire. These prevent the units from being towed away once onsite, adding an extra layer of safety for your product.

All coolrooms plug into a standard 3-pin, 10 amp domestic power point - no special power supply is required, just a normal power point. Allow approximately 4 hours for your coolroom to reach temperature.

No, the coolrooms are very quiet. You can hardly hear them when they're operating, and they won't intrude on your party or function - you'll be pleasantly surprised at how quiet they are.

Yes, we deliver our units direct to your address and set everything up for you, so there's nothing for you to do. Call us to discuss your requirements.

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and EFT, with payment required prior to delivery. Credit card payments are taken at the time of booking or in advance of delivery, and cash is accepted on delivery.

Yes - all of our units are fitted with internal lights.

When choosing a coolroom, please consider any clearance restrictions: is there sufficient height, length and width to fit the unit, and are there gateways, trees or roofs it needs to clear? See our Coolrooms page for exact dimensions.

Flat, level, solid ground is best for setting up the mobile coolroom, and you'll need acceptable vehicle access. Make sure a standard 3-pin power point is within about 20 metres of your chosen site.

No, you'll need to provide your own insurance for loss or damage to your goods. That said, our coolroom doors lock securely and the trailer is fitted with a drawbar lock, so your goods are kept very safe.

All of our units are washed and sanitised after every hire, so they're ready for your immediate use. At the end of your hire, please remove all contents and rubbish and leave the unit clean and in good repair, ready for pickup.

You're welcome to provide your own padlock and key for the coolroom door if needed. Please note it's your responsibility to keep the coolroom in a secure location to prevent damage or theft.
