Commercial cabinets — upright and underbench fridges and freezers, glass-door merchandisers and refrigerated displays — are built differently from domestic appliances and fail differently.

We work on commercial equipment. We do not repair domestic refrigerators or air-conditioning.

Common symptoms

• Not holding temperature, or holding it only overnight
• Running constantly
• Icing up inside the cabinet or on the coil
• Door seals and closing problems
• Noisy or failing fans
• Controller or thermostat faults

What to have ready when you call

What the equipment is, roughly how old it is, what it is doing now and when it started, and the make and model from the nameplate if you can reach it. A photo of the nameplate is genuinely useful, and the enquiry form accepts one.
